Saulteaux Consulting and Engineering (SCE) is a newly formed 100 % Aboriginal owned company based in Fort Frances, Ontario. Our Principals, Dean Bethune and Todd Bruyere P. Eng. are members of Couchiching First Nation and own the firm in partnership with the Naicatchewin Development Corporation, which is operated by Naicatchewenin First Nation. The company was formed in August 2010 with the Naicatchewin Development Corporation obtaining part ownership May 2011.

SCE utilizes a professional staff base to perform and administer projects of varying scopes and sizes. The firm takes pride in providing top quality service to its clients. Dean Bethune and Todd Bruyere, P. Eng. have over 35 combined years of experience as Technical Services Advisor and Technical Service Engineer with Pwi-Di-Goo-Zing Ne-Yaa-Zhing Advisory Services, a tribal council representing seven First Nation communities in the Fort Frances, Ontario area.
